Skills Programme Begins To Deliver

Anchor celebrated a special milestone in May when the first four graduates emerged from our two skills programmes, Basics in Baking (Craft Bread) and Basics in Baking (Flour Confectionery)

This followed an assessment of the graduates’ competencies after their training, and the subsequent endorsement of the assessment by the Foodbev SETA, which allowed us to issue certificates to the graduates. An additional 34 certificates will be awarded to graduates by the end of June.
