    The 1st generation Cream Yeast is specially formulated for large plant bakeries. The 2nd generation Cream Yeast, which is unique to Anchor Yeast, does not require agitation, and is suitable for medium and smaller bakeries
  • Stock management and yeast ordering is managed by Anchor Yeast with daily stock checks via telemetry resulting in stock replenishment as and when required, world class systems that is regularly serviced and maintained by Anchor Yeast.
